About Chandler Fence Rental
Chandler Fence Rental is a locally operated temporary fencing service covering Chandler and the southeast Valley — construction site fencing, event fencing, barricades, pool-code barriers, chain link panels, and windscreen. We publish our prices, we quote fast, and we work with licensed, insured local crews on every install.
Why we focus on Chandler
Most fence rental outfits in the Phoenix metro try to cover everything from Buckeye to Apache Junction, which means your job is a dot on someone’s dispatch map. We went the other way: one core market, known cold.
That matters here because Chandler generates unusual fencing work. The Price Road Corridor — Intel’s five-fab Ocotillo campus, NXP, PayPal, Wells Fargo, and the contractor ecosystem around them — produces a steady stream of commercial perimeter, laydown yard, and utility project fencing. The Chandler Airpark area keeps adding flex industrial along Germann and Queen Creek Roads. Downtown Chandler runs one of the busiest small-city event calendars in Arizona. And Chandler’s housing stock is one of the most pool-dense in the state, which means a constant cycle of pool builds and remodels that need ARS 36-1681-compliant temporary barriers.
Knowing the market means we quote accurately the first time. We know which sites need Maricopa County Rule 310 dust screening, which downtown blocks need a right-of-way permit before a panel touches the sidewalk, and how much extra ballast a fence line needs to survive a July monsoon outflow.
How we operate
- Published pricing. Our pricing page lists real ranges — $1.50–$3.00 per linear foot per month, $20–$50 per panel — because contractors bidding jobs need numbers, not sales calls.
- Full-cycle quotes. Every quote includes delivery, installation, and removal. The number you approve is the number you pay unless the scope changes.
- Fast turnaround. Same-week delivery and install is standard inside our core Chandler service area, and urgent jobs get an honest answer about what’s possible.
- Code-first installs. Pool barriers meet state law. Construction perimeters are set up to pass inspection. If your job has a compliance wrinkle, we flag it during the quote, not after the install.
What we don’t do
We don’t invent urgency, we don’t hide fees in the fine print, and we don’t claim to be things we’re not. No fake review counts, no inflated service maps. If your job is outside our wheelhouse — permanent fencing, for example, or a site three counties away — we’ll say so and point you somewhere useful.
The same discipline applies to timelines. “Same-week” means same-week for standard jobs in our core area — and when a job genuinely can’t be turned around that fast (complex event layouts, right-of-way permits pending, monsoon-week scheduling), we say so at quote time instead of missing a date you built a schedule around.
Where we work
Our core service area is Chandler plus the communities around it: Sun Lakes, Ahwatukee, Ocotillo, and Maricopa down SR-347 in Pinal County. Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa, and Queen Creek jobs are quoted case by case.
If you need fencing for a job site, an event, or a pool build, start with the services overview or go straight to a quote — footage, dates, and an address are all it takes.
